About Us

MG Wisconsin previously known as Northeast Wisconsin MG Support Group has been led by Niki Grossheim for the last 10 years. What we do:

We offer monthly support group programs for people diagnosed with myasthenia gravis and their families. Our support group is from a patient to patient perspective. We welcome everyone who has a diagnosis of myasthenia gravis, caregivers, friends and family to join our meetings. We also welcome guest speakers who have wellness information to share.

Myasthenia Gravis:

Each person diagnosed with MG experiences the symptoms differently, this is why it is referred to as the snowflake disease.  We are all very unique in the way MG shows up in our lives.  Additionally,  people diagnosed with MG do not all respond the same to the various treatments.  Don’t let this discourage you.  Just keep searching to find what works for you.

If you are looking for specific information please talk to your doctor, but if you’d like to hear about other’s MG journeys please attend a group meeting.
